- Fully integrated training, nutrition, and supplementation programming for any goal
- Resistance training program design based on goals/desired outcomes
- Conditioning program based on goals/desired outcomes; scheduled around resistance training
- Nutrition program design based on goals/desired outcomes and training program
- Supplementation program design to complement training and nutrition program based on budget and priority
- Weekly or bi-weekly monitored progress reports; alterations made to program based on progress (if necessary) at no additional cost
- Unlimited email support
